In year's gone by, the Caretaker, his wife and family all, provided for many chores around the house and gardens. Duties associated with caring for the property included, but were not limited to, home repair and landscaping, as well as, cleaning and cooking on a daily or occasional basis.

Time passed, wooden wagons filled with workers and hand tools, had given way to work vans filled with power tools and processes designed with each individual task in mind.

The projects got more complicated and the Caretaker, known as the "Jack of all trades", was replaced with an expert in each field. You see, each tradesman, technician, chef and domestic was now given only one task to perform all so well, and the Caretaker as far as this went, was for a time, regarded as "the master of none".

The Property Master soon realized it was the Caretaker all along who had his best interests at heart. As the trades went about their business, it seemed that the Caretaker, knowing what questions to ask, and the quality of work expected, had kept the work keenly coordinated from job to job. All this insured his master was properly served...

Sometimes the caretaker comes across items while taking care of his duties, items that no longer fit the owners needs or wants.  The caretaker is then charged with disposing of the items in the way most advantageous to the owner.  Here is where we will list these items and advice you on how to take advantage of the saying "One man's trash is another's treasure".  Some items may be available for direct purchase others will be available through eBay.
